Chavda Construction was established and we started operations. We began with a steel determination to deliver excellence in every construction project we undertake and a vision for the future to shape the skyline of Ahmedabad.

Laying Strong Foundations
Creating Iconic Social Hubs
By 2010, we expanded our portfolio into sports clubs with the construction of Karnavati Club and Rajpath Club. These prestigious projects demonstrated our capability to handle large-scale construction with superior craftsmanship and efficiency.

Significant Move in our Journey
We started a new chapter in our journey, as we transitioned from Chavda Construction to Chavda Infra Pvt. Ltd. This change marked a significant milestone in our history, signifying our commitment to growth, innovation, and collaborative success.

First High-Rise Milestone

In 2013, we secured our first high-rise construction contract for Straft Luxuria, a 14-storey building standing 60 meters tall. This project marked a significant milestone, propelling us into the high-rise construction segment.

The following year, in 2014, we undertook the construction contract for Zydus School of Excellence. This project emphasized our dedication to building educational institutions with high standards of quality and safety.

In 2015, we embarked on the construction project for Nirma University. This was a testament to our growing expertise in educational infrastructure, reinforcing our reputation for delivering projects that stand the test of time.

On July 4th, 2020, we incorporated Chavda RMC LLP, our ready-mix concrete plant. This addition to our operations marked our commitment to providing high-quality construction materials and enhancing our project efficiency.

We also started a new venture, Chavda Developers Pvt. Ltd., as a part of our expansion plan. With a focus on end-to-end project development, from design to execution, Chavda Developers embarked on building your family's dream home.
Embarking on Skyscraper Journey
In 2022, we began our first skyscraper construction project, The 31st, standing 125.6 meters tall with 32 storeys. This project underscored our ability to undertake and deliver complex high-rise constructions.
2023
Initial Public Offerings (IPO)
Another big change came in our trajectory when we listed as a public company in September 2023 and we also launched our first IPO. This milestone not only reflected the company's growth and evolution but also signalled its commitment to transparency and accountability in its operations.
Leading High-Rise Construction
The year 2023 saw us securing two more skyscraper projects: La Marque, at 124.81 meters and 32 storeys, and Mondeal One, at 144 meters and 36 storeys. These projects further established our position as leaders in high-rise construction.
2024
Twin Towers Achievement
In 2024, we received the construction contract for the Trogon Twin Towers, a significant project with two towers each standing 125.85 meters tall and comprising 30 storeys. This project solidified our reputation for delivering exceptional high-rise buildings.
